About the Birth of the Pre Op Method 


My name is Nadia Rihani and I am a dedicated nutritionist and lifestyle coach. I developed the Pre Op Method after my personal experience with breast reduction surgery. I was so nervous about the outcome of my surgery and was willing to do anything I could to ensure positive outcomes for healing and scarring.  Prior to my own cosmetic surgery I dove deep into research, meticulously planning my nutrition, exercise, and overall wellness to ensure I felt I was fully prepared for surgery. My surgery was a huge success and my body healed quickly and without any complications.

Now, I have poured all that knowledge and experience into the Pre Op Method.
