About Nutritionist
Nadia Rihani
Based in Sydney, Australia I am a Nutritionist, International Yoga Teacher, and Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience helping women achieve their health and lifestyle goals.
In 2019, my life took an unexpected turn when I was hit by a car, resulting in extensive injuries that left me unable to walk unassisted for nearly a year. Through sheer determination and the application of nutrition and lifestyle practices, I not only learned to walk again but also rebuilt my strength, emerging stronger than before. This personal journey underscored the powerful role of nutrition and holistic practices in healing and reducing inflammation.
In 2024, I underwent a breast reduction after enduring 25 years of neck discomfort and other physical and emotional symptoms. In preparation, I extensively researched the best ways to prepare for surgery and optimize recovery through food and lifestyle choices. This experience inspired me to create a comprehensive program aimed at helping women physically and mentally prepare for and recover from surgery.
Beyond my professional commitments, I am a devoted mother of two, a long-time practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga, and an avid ocean swimmer. I live by the health principles for which I advocate, offering realistic and sustainable solutions to my client’s health and lifestyle goals.
My personal and professional experiences uniquely position me to guide and support women on their journey to optimal health, especially in preparing for and recovering from surgery.
